Race for the Cure 2012

Zeta Tau Alpha Alumnae members got up early April 14, 2012 to share the Race for the Cure with members of the North Texas community. We handed out pink hats to survivors and helped racers run in tribute for others by adding a special tag to their shirts.

In all, 10,570 people took part in the 20th annual race held at Ridgmar Mall. Susan G. Komen Greater Fort Worth expects to raise more than $1.3 million for the cause. Registration fees and donations to the Komen Greater Fort Worth Race for the Cure helps women and men in Tarrant, Parker, Johnson and Hood counties.

Cards for Kids – February 2012

The Alumnae and Collegiate chapters met at the TCU ZTA house on Wednesday, February 8th, for our first ever Valentine’s card service event. We packed into the Gamma Psi Chapter room to color, cut and glue cards for the patients at Cook Children’s Medical Center.
